Fujifilm X-T3 vs X-T4: which to buy?
Two generations of Fujifilm's X-T line with the same 26.1MP X-Trans CMOS 4 sensor. The X-T4 adds in-body stabilization, faster mechanical bursts and a much bigger battery; the X-T3 is lighter and keeps a headphone jack.

Who should buy which
Buy the X-T3 if…
- You shoot stills with OIS zooms or fast primes and don't need in-body stabilization.
- You want the lighter, smaller body: 539 g vs 607 g.
- You want a built-in headphone jack.
Buy the X-T4 if…
- You want in-body stabilization, rated up to 6.5 stops, for handheld slow shutter speeds or unstabilized primes.
- Battery life matters: about 500 frames per charge vs 390.
- You shoot video and want Full HD up to 240p slow motion.
- You shoot action: about 15 fps mechanical vs 11.
Both bodies make the same image: the sensor and processor are identical, so the choice is about stabilization, battery and handling. Both are discontinued, so stock is mostly used or limited new listings. See our full X-T3 and X-T4 reviews, the X-T4 vs X-T5 comparison, or all comparisons.
